每次到饒河街就是會去齒牛香牛肉麵用餐

但是最常點的不是牛肉麵而是醡醬麵

Each time we go to Raohe St. Night Market will have a dinner in this restaurant.

Their famous one is Beef Noodles, but we found antoher noodles is better than beef noodles which called Fried Sauce Noodles.

店家不錯可以在店內吃外面小吃攤的食物

不像有些店家會禁止外食(廟口油飯那家) 

This restaurant is a friendly one that you can eat other foods you bought in other vendors.

  

牛肉麵不難吃且沒有中藥味

但是仍比不上西門的建宏牛肉麵

Thier beef noodles is good but the one in XiMen which called  Jian Hong  beef noodles (24hours)

Fried Source Noodles醡醬麵$60

它的醡醬麵非常特別(等同建宏都滷肉乾麵不加麻醬)

用的是香濃的醡醬,大塊的豆乾跟魯肉在裡面

They use beef to create the source and it is taste very well.

 

記得跟老闆說醬多,比較好吃

 因為他的醡醬麵是香不會鹹

When you order fried source noodles, rememeber to ask to add more source. It will tast better.

 牛肉麵必備特榨菜(不是和入味,偏甜)

 

吃完直直走到對面

就可以看到新開的攤位 咕咕香酥雞蛋糕

Finish the meal there is avendor selling egg cake.

 

在這間沒開之前只有一家雞蛋糕可以選(海面寶寶造型雞蛋糕,比較大塊但是香味沒有新開這家好吃)

It is a new vendor selling egg cake and its flavour is much more good than the other one with cartoon shape.

 

老闆很認真的在打麵糊

 \低糖無油不添加人工發酵粉 沒有特別的造型但是非常的香

傳統雞蛋糕的味道

但是最令人愛不釋手的是那酥脆的外皮配上軟嫩的內裡

They made with less sugar, no oil.

It is much more like a traditional flavour.

裡面非常的紮實

左右兩側就是要下去會嗑茲嗑茲的酥脆

It tast crispy but inside is very fluffy.

最愛這種口感的雞蛋糕

小份$30 有六顆

以後會換來買這家的雞蛋糕 真的好酥脆又好香

有機會到饒河夜市可以嚐嚐看!
